We sat at the Dockside section of eagle grill... Service: was great...very friendly, seated quickly, drinks came quickly....service was very good Food: we had the calamari for appetizer which was good and split the seafood platter (broiled). Overall the meal was good and enough food for 2 people to split. This is a great place to eat and right very good ambiance...I would eat here again

We ate here for lunch in June 2015. The atmosphere and the service were great. There were 3 in our group. One had the Neapolitan Salad. It was 3 fried green tomatoes with crab meat. Looked delicious. Another of our group said the black bean soup was good. I had a small salad and added shrimp for $8. It was delicious. However for $8 I only got 4 grilled shrimp. At $2 a piece, I felt they were a bit pricey. Some others in our group said that their fried grouper fingers are good and that the margarita even though it was $11 was delicious also. Great view looking at the boats.

The service was sub par. Waitress forgot the chicken on my salad and forgot to leave the olives out of it. Seemed like a simple request that clearly was too complicated to figure out. The dressing was extremely bland, must be all the elderly in the area. As far as the view, it was amazing. Great spot to sit and have lunch, just wish the menu had better options and a kitchen/staff that cared enough to make the order the correct way. Buss boys came over as one person in my party finished eating and stole their plate away with everyone else still eating. This was rude and made it seem like we were being rushed. I would never come back to this establishment.

Michael was a great server! I had the chopped salad and seafood bisque. Bisque consistency was thinner than I am accustomed to, but the flavor was wonderful. Salad was nice. The view is outstanding if you are a yacht lover.

Stopped in for lunch during a day of cruising the Charlotte Harbor. We stopped because Millers got such great reviews in Yelp. We found the dock staff very friendly and the facilities very nice. They are very dog friendly at the marina but be sure to have plans for your pup as the deck seating is not dog friendly. The food was slightly better than what you would get at a gas station- but $60 for 3 hotdogs and 2 BLTS is a little high for me. Bottom line if you're on a boat you can afford this place just leave the pups at home.

I was vacationing and told to go to Miller's. Not sure why....the pizza was not good, iceberg lettuce for salad?! My cocktail wasn't even well made. If you want a quick meal of junk food and are fine with just ok quality, this is your place. I will not be returning.

Had dinner at Miller's on Monday. Good food, great marina-side atmosphere, still one of our go-to places on Gasparilla. Dinner for three was about $100, not bad for the island and grouper was very good,

We have been coming to Boca Grande for the past three years for spring break. Millers Dockside has been a stop for us each time and each time has been a great experience. This year was particularly nice. The restaurant has been completely remodeled providing more outdoor eating area. The service has always been very friendly and the food has always been great! It's great for families. Many restaurants on the island cater to wealthy families or families with no kids. We had my 12 year old son and nephew. Having eaten fish or steak at each dinner for the past week, it was nice to open the menu and see an angus burger and wings (typical kid food). Because my wife and I had the fresh grouper and a couple drinks and the kids had dessert, the meal was not inexpensive by any means. With that said, it was a very enjoyable dinner and we'll definitely be back next year.

The food upstairs tastes like it is microwaved. It is immorally overpriced for what it is and the waitstaff is surly and bitter. Our waitress should have stopped being a waitress 18 years ago because she was so pissed off at life. But the real problem is the food. Salsa here is salad dressing. The fish is microwaved or tastes like it is. The burger is rubbery. Avoid.

By far, my favorite place to eat on Boca Grande. We have only eaten downstairs, outside. Yes, it is pricey, but the food is always reliable, the specials always unique, and the view is fantastic. We boat often and routinely make this a stop every time we pass by. From breakfast, right through a late lunch, we've never been disappointed. We've tried everything from the eggs benedict (fantastic) to the crab soup (good), to wings (great), to the beefalo burger (wonderful), pizza (also a great choice), and my all time favorite - the house salad with strawberries, goat cheese and housemade vinaigrette topped with the grilled hangar steak. This is a beautiful spot with fantastic food. Don't pass by without at least stopping in for a drink and an appetizer!

Miller's is right on the dock. On a warm day with time on your hands this would be my choice to take friends for lunch. The menu is mostly seafood. The servers are experienced and friendly. Lunch for two without an alcoholic beverage can cost $40 before tip. Casual dining; ample parking.

nice area with a view. Food was ok and very expensive for what you get. I think they forgot to use salt in both our dishes. We are a younger cou[ple and there are a lot of retired people in this area and maybe that's why they don't use much salt..

The location is fantastic. Porch looking onto intercoastal. Food average. The shrimp tasted old. Other dishes were nothing special. Service average as well. Worthwhile for lunch because of location. But there are a lot of better restaurants in Boca Grande if you don't need the view.

We ate at the restaurant downstairs, I believe it was Miller's Dockside. Pretty pricey for how simple/normal the food choices were. The host service was terrible but our waitress was nice. The food was great.

We had lunch at Millers dockside. Service was good. Fare was simple and prices were boca grande. Don't expect bargains on this island. If you want a casual waterfront with fried grouper this is it. Satisfied with the choice as they are limited.

Friendly and fun. Prices are fair for vacation food.

The Eagle Grill is a relatively new spot for dining on Boca Grande. There are two restaurants in this lovely marina destination. Upstairs, there is fine dining, white table cloths magnificent decor. Barrel ceilings, spectacular artwork and nautical memorabilia. No expense was spared in this beautiful space. The food is excellent, great wine list and a super spot for a lovely night out. Sit outside on the porch and enjoy the view of the marina and the yachts docked. Downstairs there is a more casual restaurant that is great for lunch or dinner. You may either eat inside or out of doors . The bar area has televisions so that you can keep up with sports activities or the news. The bartenders are excellent and can mix up anything you want. We had the tuna nachos! Flipping off the hook. What a cool twist of rare sesame crusted tuna, wasabi, and ginger over some really unusual asian chips! Delicious. I had the wedge of lettuce salad that was beautifully presented with a cup of corn-shrimp chowder. All was very good. Great looking staff with superb manners and great attention to their patrons! I will return soon. Closed during some of the summer, so call ahead to make sure they are open!!!!
